Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and return policies designed with families in mind.

Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Car Seats (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
  • Opened or used Feeding items
  • Infant Gear with hygiene concerns (pacifiers, teethers, etc.)

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
  2. Provide Details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
  3. Wait for Approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package Your Item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship It Back using the provided return label (return shipping costs may apply)

Return Shipping Information

For returns not due to our error:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable

For defective or incorrect items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account (PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days)

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
