Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and return policies designed with families in mind.
Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- All tags and labels must be attached
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Car Seats (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Opened or used Feeding items
- Infant Gear with hygiene concerns (pacifiers, teethers, etc.)
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Provide Details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
- Wait for Approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Item securely in its original packaging
- Ship It Back using the provided return label (return shipping costs may apply)
Return Shipping Information
For returns not due to our error:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
For defective or incorrect items: We’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account (PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days)
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
