Just as we carefully select each item in our store, we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help with our family-friendly policy.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- All tags and labels must be attached
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Car Seats (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Feeding items that have been opened or used
- Infant Gear with hygiene concerns (pacifiers, teethers, etc.)
Please inspect these items carefully upon delivery as they may only be returned if defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Provide Details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
- Wait for Approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Your Item securely in its original packaging
- Ship It Back using the provided return label (return shipping costs may apply)
Return Shipping
For returns that are not due to our error:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable
For defective or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider
Note: PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
