Are your products safe for newborns?
Absolutely! All our products meet or exceed safety standards for infants and children. We particularly recommend our Infant Gear and Sleeping categories for newborns, but every product in our collection is chosen with your baby’s safety as our top priority.
Parent Tip: When preparing for a new baby, consider ordering nursery furniture and larger items 3-4 weeks before your due date to account for delivery times.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for your convenience and security.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your baby essentials to you as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the processing stage.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Fast and trackable via DHL/FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch
  2. Free Shipping (orders $50+): Budget-friendly option via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some Asian and remote areas. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx, you can track your package directly on their websites. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking may be limited in some regions.
Urgent Needs? For time-sensitive baby gear, we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option and placing your order as early as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Tiny Steps House purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no cost to you.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.
